Kaylyn Bourque was selected to compete in the 29th Annual Major Showcase at the Fidelity Bank Worcester Ice Center in Worcester, Massachusetts from Aug. 3rd-6th.
According to HNIBOnline, the event is a premier showcase for girls hockey players by invitation only or who becoming eligible through HNIB Festival evaluation. The showcase provides the athletes with the opportunity to be seen and recruited by many NCAA, Prep, and Junior programs.
The showcase is for girls entering their freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior year in fall of 2023 (players entering a post-grad year at a prep school or a junior program were also eligible). Players must have receive a direct invitation to the showcase from the HNIB Staff/HNIB Coach, or compete in either the Girls New England Festival, Girls Southeast Festival, or Girls Central/West Mass Festival to be evaluated before being invited to the Showcase.
